USPS will leave the box for you at your door. if this is not acceptable email us to alert USPS that the package must be signed for. Refer to your tracking number to see the estimated date of arrival for your package.
In store pick up is available. Select "in store pickup" as your shipping method if you would like to pick up your purchase at our Two Arrow Street location.
If you need to return an item you purchased, we will accept returns or exchanges within 10 business days from the date you received the item. Please allow up to 14 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns or exchanges. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you incorrectly or arrived damaged please contact us immediately. If we do not receive the item back within 10 business days we will issue store credit. The store credit can be used to purchase items online by contacting the store via e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse returns received after 30 days.
Sale Items are final sale. Sale items and/or special Orders are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
All garments must be returned in the condition in which they were sent and with original tags. Garments displaying any wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping is at customer's expense and original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. When sending products back, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.
Please include : Name, Address, Contact Information, Date of Purchase and Order Number, and a short note indicating why you are returning and whether you would like a store credit or refund.
If you would like to exchange an item there is a shipping fee, which covers the cost of shipping, packaging, tracking and insuring the items. We will contact you for that charge; before shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. It is recommended that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.
Many of our items are from smaller designers who create their lines to order. If you are looking for a style or size that we don't have available, please contact us at 617-491-4251 0r email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org.. We will be happy to try to special order an item for you. If you would like to have an item custom made for you, it will be a final sale.
